"Over the years, I've been a part of several different bands that have lead praise and worship. I've lead several worship teams, and have had to work through the entire process of organizing practices, getting people music, and making sure everyone knows what's going on. I've tried several different methods to communicate and send music to band members, but nothing has worked like CTMusicManager. CTMusicManager allows you to upload chord charts, piano music, audio files, and whatever else you need onto a password protected page that your band members can view. This saves me a lot of time and money, as I don't have to print off everyone's music to bring to practice, and I just have to send one e- mail once I've uploaded the set list, and everyone can check the web site. I'm able to customize my chord charts before posting them on the website, so all my band members can get the exact same copy of music. Of course, if my pianist needs a separate part, I can post that as well. This helps, because if my band members aren't familiar with a song, they can listen to my uploaded song on the website, and practice with the chord chart, as well as making any personal notes that they might need on their music before practice or performance. If I don't have an audio file for a song, CTMusicManager allows me to link a YouTube video of my choice onto the song, which is really handy. I can also send e-mails to all my group members from CTMusicManager, and can even select which members will receive which messages. The site has a very professional format that is easy to navigate and work through, and the manager of the web site was extremely easy to reach and helpful whenever I couldn't figure something out. Honestly, you wouldn't believe how much this can make running a worship team or band easier. I would recommend CTMusicManager to any band. It's a fantastic product that I'm sure I'll be continuing to use for as long as I can."

"I've been a part of several worship teams. Both of which seemed to face the same challenges. One of them was getting everyone the music, and getting it to them in advance so that they could practice their part. Another challenge was making sure everyone was familiar with the song. In the past on other teams I felt like there was a lack of communication, and somewhere to keep it all straight. Practice times would need to be changed on occasion because of a conflict, rescheduling seemed to be a large task. Then I was introduced to CTMusicManager by another worship leader. It solved all of the problems I mentioned before. I am now able to post all of the information for the music in one place. The team can login and access sheet music, listen to the songs, find out when practice times will be for the week. One very valuable tool CTMusicManager has is the Wall. It allows the team to create post for conversations. When someone creates a post all replys related to that post stay in one spot so that everyone can read it a be on the same page. Thanks to CTMusicManager the worship team I am with now has been able to use practice time for practicing the music, rather than using practice time to pick the music, decide the order of the songs, and try to learn our parts with the time left.
