I've been a part of several worship teams, all of which seemed to face the same challenges. One of the challenges was getting everyone the music, and getting it to them in advance so that they could practice their part. Another challenge was making sure everyone was familiar with the song. In the past on other teams I felt like there was a lack of communication, and somewhere to keep it all straight. Practice times would need to be changed on occasion because of a conflict, rescheduling seemed to be a large task. Then I was introduced to CTMusicManager by another worship leader. It solved all of the problems I mentioned before. I am now able to post all of the information for the music in one place. The team can login and access sheet music, listen to the songs, find out when practice times will be for the week. Thank you to the creators of CTMM.

I stay connected to my church at home in Griswold, IA. There are kids there with musical talent but no one with the desire to lead a praise band. I was home over this last summer and took over the leadership role. I agreed to come home once a month during the school year and lead them in a Youth Sunday Praise Band. The hardest part we found was communicating music over the 200 miles. I tried just telling them where to look for music etc., but that ended up with us learning different versions of songs and lacking details. CTMusicManager let me upload the same songs and sheet music as I was using at Iowa State. I could also communicate details about the song. It made it so much easier and our ONE practice before Sunday's worship service so much more productive. I don't know what we'd do without it.
